Wendy Cloud Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Services

• You will not:
  • Access or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our software.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services, networks, or servers.
  • Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.
• We reserve the right to monitor and audit usage for compliance.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your data, code, and content you upload (“User Content”).
• By uploading or transmitting User Content, you grant Wendy Cloud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely for providing and improving the Services.
